Shanghai Tianqiang Textile Co., Ltd. Carries Out "New Starting Point, Re-entrepreneurship, and-Quality Performance" Team Self-Criticism Activity 2025年08月19日

      From August 8th to 15th, 2025, Shanghai Tianqiang Text Co., Ltd. organized employees at all levels to carry out self-criticism activities in an orderly manner. The company's leadership attached great importance to this meeting which focused on in-depth analysis of work shortcomings and proposed practical improvement measures and rationalization proposals for the development of the company.

      During the activity, all staff members, on their actual positions, seriously identified problems from personal growth, team collaboration, and business optimization aspects, actively offered advice and suggestions, promoted everyone to face problems directly, clarified the of improvement, enhanced sense of responsibility, and improved execution efficiency. Subsequently, the company will systematically evaluate the rationalization proposals put forward by everyone and gradually promote their implementation.
