"Breaking Free and Transforming like a Butterfly, Creating Value Together" – 2025 Wenzhou Root-Seeking Journey of Shanghai Tianqiang 2025年06月25日

To enhance team cohesion and enrich employees' amateur life, the company organized a 3-day team-building activity for all staff in Wenzhou from June 14 to June 16, 2025. As the birthplace of our company's development, Wenzhou not only boasts beautiful scenery and profound cultural heritage, but also provides unique local resources to support this activity.

On the first day, we arrived at the Dalongqiu Scenic Area. Before approaching the waterfall, the rumble of its roar reached our ears first — from a hundred-meter-high cliff, the Dalongqiu Waterfall burst out like a silver dragon breaking through the clouds. The water flow initially hung in the air like a white silk ribbon, but was torn into thousands of jade beads by the wind midway, finally crashing into the emerald pool and splashing up layers of snowy waves. Sunlight penetrated the water mist, refracting a faint rainbow that dyed the mottled rock walls by the pool with flowing radiance. 

As we ascended along the stone steps, the view was dominated by lush greenery: moss-covered rocks, ancient trees towering into the sky, and a mountain breeze carrying the fresh scent of vegetation and water vapor, which dispelled the fatigue of urban life. Colleagues either stopped to take photos or marvelled at the waterfall, with laughter and the sound of water blending harmoniously. When fingertips touched the splashing water droplets, we suddenly felt the grandeur of nature merging with the warmth of this team outing. This first encounter with mountains and waters has laid a vivid prologue for the team-building journey.

The next morning, as the morning glow swept across the Yandang Mountain range, we entered the Fangdong Scenic Area. A suspended iron chain bridge stretched between two mountains, with a deep valley yawning beneath our feet. Clouds and mist coiled around the bridge, and when we reached the center, the bridge swayed gently, prompting cries of surprise that mingled playfully with the chirping of mountain birds. The ancient Fangdong Temple, chiseled into the cliff face, was hidden in thin mist. Its black-tiled eaves and upturned eaves, set against the ochre rock walls, outlined a quaint picture. The scent of incense mixed with the fresh fragrance of pine needles, bringing a sense of calm to the mind. 

Moving on to the Dongling Scenic Area, a natural cave gaped like the mouth of a giant beast. Inside, stalactites glowed softly under the lights, while stalagmites and stone curtains hung like crystal screens. As we made our way through the slippery cave paths, colleagues supported and reminded each other, and water droplets trickling from the rocks fell on our shoulders, as if nature had bestowed a cool mark of blessing on the team.

In the afternoon, sunlight spilled onto the glass curtain wall of the Ruian National Flag Education Hall, making the bright red national flag particularly dazzling. Stepping into the exhibition hall, all colleagues spontaneously stood in solemn silence in front of the huge Five-Star Red Flag backdrop, listening to the docent recount the birth history of the national flag. From Zeng Liansong's original design manuscripts to physical replicas of national flags from different historical periods, every exhibit told the story of the nation's glory.

In the interactive area, everyone vied to "participate" in the flag-raising ceremony via VR devices. As the virtual national flag slowly rose amid the national anthem, many people softly sang along. In the "Guardians of the National Flag" exhibition area, upon seeing images of border guards protecting the flag on the snowy plateau, colleagues whispered to each other about their moved feelings. When leaving the hall, everyone held a small national flag in hand. The sunlight filtered through the flag, casting a warm red glow on every smiling face.

As twilight dyed Ruian City in warm hues, the team-building dinner kicked off under soft yellow lights. Holding a microphone, General Manager Li delivered the opening speech, cheerfully sharing interesting stories from the day's tour and expressing gratitude to the team for their journey together. Guest Principal Yu inspired everyone to feel the warmth of teamwork through nature and collaboration. As thunderous applause rang out, the clinking of wine glasses composed a warm overture.

Colleagues took turns stepping onto the stage to sing, igniting the atmosphere. Under the flowing lights, some raised their chopsticks to share local delicacies, while others left their seats to clink glasses with neighboring tables. Leaders such as Chairman Chen, General Manager Li, and Deputy General Manager Chen circulated among the tables to offer greetings. In the midst of clinking cups and cheerful conversations, the tacit understanding formed amid the mountains and waters during the day extended to the dining table, making this dinner a hotbed where camaraderie fermented.

On the third day, the bluestone pavement of Ruian Zhongyi Street stretched out in the morning light. Red lanterns protruding between white walls and dark tiles still held the dew from the previous night. As the sun gilded the ancient street with a golden edge, the three-day team-building journey quietly drew to a close. From the flying waterfall of Dalongqiu to the cloud-hugging plank road of Fangdong, from the sincere patriotism at the National Flag Hall to the joyful songs at the dinner banquet, the mountains and waters witnessed the tacit understanding of collaboration, while the streets and alleys precipitated cultural resonance. This journey has ultimately become a warm footnote in the team's collective memory.
