At 1 p.m. on September 12, 2026, the company’s "Scholarship Gathering" reading sharing activity was successfully held. At the beginning of the activity, all participants took turns reading wonderful chapters of Living Law I and shared their insights into the book. They exchanged diverse ideas and engaged in in-depth interactions with one another.
During the sharing session, Manager Zhou from the Finance Department fully affirmed and encouraged the new members of the book club. Drawing on his rich workplace experience, he offered patient and earnest guidance, and delivered a message to the young backbones of Tianqiang: stay goal-oriented, keep learning unceasingly, persevere in down-to-earth efforts, and write wonderful chapters of life through persistent striving.
Fan Xianhui, a new member, shared his heartfelt reflections on the preface of Living Law I. He stated, “I have come to understand that the true meaning of life lies not in grand goals, but in earnestly accomplishing every small thing at hand. We should maintain full enthusiasm and treat work and life with a pure and kind heart. Work is a journey of self-cultivation. My front-line workshop experience since joining the company has been a process of tempering my mind and refining my soul. In the future, I will adhere to positive thinking at my post, keep accumulating experience, and take steady steps at every stage of my career.” His simple and sincere words embodied the firm resolve of young employees to take root in their positions and forge ahead positively.
Afterwards, all staff watched the film The Martian together. The spirit of “never abandoning or giving up on anyone” showcased in the film deeply touched every participant. Stranded alone on Mars, the protagonist never surrendered to despair; confronted with numerous hardships and dangers, he never abandoned his teammates. This pleasant afternoon blended with the fragrance of books and the charm of movies implanted the power of reading and the spirit of teamwork in the hearts of every employee.
