Cool Relief for Hot Summer, Warm Care Inspires Staff 2026年07月28日
Scorching midsummer brings blazing sunshine. The sustained high temperatures these days have posed severe challenges to the safe production and daily work of frontline employees. To earnestly care for the physical and mental well-being of frontline workers and deliver warmth from government and trade union authorities, six leaders from trade unions at Jinshan District and Shanyang Town levels visited our company at 2 p.m. on July 27, 2026, to carry out a summer heat consolation campaign.

The visiting group consisted of Zhu Xinyang, Party Secretary of Jinshan District Federation of Trade Unions; Qian Haidong, Deputy Chairman of the District Federation of Trade Unions; Zhou Shunfeng, Deputy Party Secretary of Shanyang Town; Zhang Zhongmei, Chairman of Shanyang Town Federation of Trade Unions, and two other officials. They toured the premises and went deep into frontline workshops, bringing summer care and consolations to staff sticking to their posts.
Chen Xuebo, Chairman of our company, warmly received the consolation and research delegation. Zhou Jingjing, Chairman of the Company Trade Union; Wang Lili and Chen Yong, Deputy General Managers; Tang Yuanyuan, Manager of the Corporate Administration Department, as well as persons-in-charge of relevant departments accompanied the whole consolation activity.
During the visit, the leaders first went to the frontline production area of the dyeing and finishing workshop. They inspected the high-temperature working environment on site, asked in detail about working conditions of on-duty staff and the implementation of heatstroke prevention and cooling measures. They extended sincere regards and high respect to all frontline employees working that day. The leaders highly recognized the dedication of all staff who braved the intense heat to stay at their posts and fulfill their duties. Meanwhile, they urged all employees to strictly implement heatstroke prevention and cooling arrangements, balance work and rest, adhere to the bottom line of safe production, and safeguard personal physical health and operational safety.
Following the on-site consolation, representatives of the government, trade unions and the enterprise held an exchange forum. At the meeting, Chairman Chen Xuebo gave a detailed introduction to the trade union leaders regarding the company’s current production and operation status, development plans, talent cultivation and employee welfare guarantees. He focused on reporting the enterprise’s management practices for safe production amid high temperatures and welfare measures for heatstroke prevention for staff.
This visit and consolation fully demonstrates the deep care that Jinshan District Federation of Trade Unions, the Party Committee of Shanyang Town and its trade union hold for frontline workers of enterprises, as well as their high attention to corporate development. Our company sincerely appreciates trade union leaders at all levels for their on-site guidance and delivery of supportive policies.

Moving forward, the Company Trade Union will continue to proactively align with work arrangements issued by district and town trade unions, fully cooperate with and implement all work requirements of trade unions. Centered on the core duty of trade unions to serve employees and unite the workforce, we will further improve the employee care and security system, earnestly address the urgent difficulties and concerns of staff, and leverage solid trade union work to support the stable and high-quality development of the enterprise.
