On February 10th, our company successfully held the annual meeting titled "Unite Our Hearts and Start a New Journey, Row with All Might Toward the Future" in a joyful and festive atmosphere. All company leaders and employees gathered together to reflect on the joint efforts and fruitful achievements of the past year, commend outstanding performers, pay tribute to hard work, and jointly outline a new blueprint for high-quality development in 2026

At the beginning of the annual meeting, Mr. Chen Xuebo, the company's chairman, delivered a speech, extending the warmest New Year greetings and heartfelt gratitude to all employees. In his address, Chairman Chen Xuebo comprehensively reviewed the company's journey of striving in 2025—during this year, we weathered market turbulence, deepened our core business, and achieved breakthrough results in product innovation, market expansion, and service upgrades. All operational metrics steadily improved, and every achievement was the result of the perseverance, dedication, and commitment of every Tianqiang member.  At the same time, the chairman objectively analyzed the current industry development trends and the opportunities and challenges facing the company, clarified the development strategy and core objectives for 2026, and encouraged all employees to work together with greater enthusiasm, a more pragmatic approach, and higher morale to forge ahead and jointly write a new chapter in the company's development.

The commendation section is an important component of the annual meeting, and it is also a tribute and recognition to every hardworking person. Several awards, such as "Outstanding Employee of the Year", "model worker of the Year" and "Excellent Sales Team", were awarded on the site. The award-winning employees and team representatives took the stage to accept the award in turn, and received the commendation of the company's leaders and the applause of all colleagues. The interspersed lottery and interactive game segments further pushed the atmosphere of the venue to a climax, with applause, laughter, and cheers echoing one after another, making the entire venue a sea of joy
