Job Title (1): Technical Department Head (1 position)
Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and optimize textile production processes to ensure production efficiency and product quality.

  2. Monitor the implementation of production processes, adjust and improve process parameters in a timely manner.

  3. Provide technical training and guidance to production personnel to ensure strict adherence to process standards.

  4. Organize the design and development of new products based on market demands.

  5. Oversee the trial production of new products and establish production processes; coordinate with production and sales departments to ensure smooth product launch.

  6. Manage intellectual property, including drafting patent applications, tracking application progress, and handling review comments and objections.

  7. Participate in the formulation of industry and national standards.

  8. Manage the technical department team, enhance staff skills, and improve departmental efficiency.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in textiles, light industry, dyeing and finishing, or related fields.

  2. 8+ years of experience in textile printing and dyeing, with 3+ years in technical department management.

  3. Proficient in printing, dyeing, pretreatment, and coating processes; strong technical R&D and innovation capabilities to resolve complex technical issues.

  4. Excellent team management, organizational coordination, and problem-solving skills to drive technological innovation.

Salary: 15,000-20,000 CNY/month (negotiable for outstanding candidates)

Job Title (2): Quality Department Head (1 position)
Responsibilities:

  1. Establish product quality standards and inspection protocols for all production stages.

  2. Conduct quality inspections of raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products to ensure compliance.

  3. Implement quality monitoring mechanisms for full-process tracking.

  4. Oversee the execution, supervision, and improvement of quality management systems.

  5. Lead quality meetings, investigate issues, and implement corrective actions.

  6. Evaluate and select suppliers, conduct audits, and drive supplier quality improvements.

  7. Promote lean quality management and foster a company-wide quality culture.

  4. Manage self-media platforms (website, WeChat Official Account) to boost brand exposure.
