Job Title (1): Technical Department Head (1 position)
Responsibilities:

Develop and optimize textile production processes to ensure production efficiency and product quality.

Monitor the implementation of production processes, adjust and improve process parameters in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in textiles, light industry, dyeing and finishing, or related fields.

8+ years of experience in textile printing and dyeing, with 3+ years in technical department management.

Proficient in printing, dyeing, pretreatment, and coating processes; strong technical R&D and innovation capabilities to resolve complex technical issues.

Excellent team management, organizational coordination, and problem-solving skills to drive technological innovation.
Salary: 15,000-20,000 CNY/month (negotiable for outstanding candidates)

Job Title (2): Quality Department Head (1 position)
Responsibilities:

Establish product quality standards and inspection protocols for all production stages.

Conduct quality inspections of raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products to ensure compliance.

Implement quality monitoring mechanisms for full-process tracking.

Oversee the execution, supervision, and improvement of quality management systems.

Lead quality meetings, investigate issues, and implement corrective actions.

Evaluate and select suppliers, conduct audits, and drive supplier quality improvements.

Responsibilities:

Manage self-media platforms (website, WeChat Official Account) to boost brand exposure.
