2025 Reading Club Activities 2025年02月24日

   On February 22, from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM, the first book club activity of 2025 took place in the medium-sized conference room on the 2nd floor of Building 3. Seven members, including General Manager Li Meng, participated in the event.

   During the first half of the activity, members discussed how to improve the 2025 book club initiatives. Topics included naming the club, membership criteria, enhancing member engagement, event formats, and diversifying activity locations. In the second half, participants listened to Chapter 1 of Kazuo Inamori’s Advice to Young People: Work Secrets, Life Philosophy, and Mindset. Starting with Inamori’s "Success Equation," the discussion explored why people work, delving into team building and strategic development within the company.

   This event marked the beginning of the company’s efforts to build a learning-oriented organization. We encourage more Tianqiang employees who love learning to join the book club, continuously improve their mindsets, and grow alongside the company!
